• Bill 20-2008 – An Ordinance amending the Zoning Map, as described in Article 1329.02 of the Planning and Zoning Code, to change the boundary of the Business General zone in the Uptown area and in doing so change the zoning of the properties located at 1505, 1507, 1509, 1500, 1513 and 1515 North Fifth Street and 504 Reily Street from Residential Planned Conversion (RPC) to Business General (BG) zone.
• Bill 21-2008 – An Ordinance amending Section 2-709.21, “Death Benefits,” of the Coty of Harrisburg Codified Ordinances Chapter 2-709, “Firefighter Retirement System.”

• Bill 3-2008 – An Ordinance approving the Petition of James Pagliaro and Sara Pagliaro to vacate Julia Street between Maclay Street and Delaware Street and to vacate Battis Alley.
• Bill 4-2008 – An Ordinance approving the Petition of Consolidated Scrap Resources, Inc. to vacate a portion of Julia Street between Muench Street and Kelker Street, Kelker Street between Julia Street and Cameron Street, and Dauphin Street between Julia Street and Cameron Street.
• Bill 17-2008 – An Ordinance of the City of Harrisburg regulating littering and related activities that adversely affect the aesthetic and visual appeal of the City’s public places, neighborhoods and private premises and create a danger to public health, safety, welfare and the environment.

• Resolution 55-2008 - A Resolution approving the Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan of the Vartan Group to construct a 92,604 square foot mixed-use building with one level of parking at 1500 North Sixth Street (to include the consolidation of properties located at 500, 502, 504, and 512 Reily Street; 1502, 1504, 1512, 1514, 1516, and 1518 North Sixth Street; and 1505, 1507, 1509, 1511, 1513, and 1515 North Fifth Street.)
