• Bill 11-2008 – An Ordinance approving the form of and authorizing the execution and delivery of the City of Harrisburg Downtown Coordinated Parking System Concession and Lease Agreement for the long-term concession of the parking garage system to Harrisburg Public Parking, LL; authorizing certain amendments to the Cooperation Agreement (as defined herein); authorizing the extension of the term of the Harrisburg Parking Authority; authorizing the conveyance of certain parking system assets (as defined herein) to the Harrisburg Parking Authority; approving the disposition of the consideration for such concession; authorizing the appointment of professionals; authorizing incidental actions to be taken by the officers of the City; authorizing and directing the payment of fees and expenses; and rescinding inconsistent Ordinances.

• Resolution 32-2008 – A Resolution appointing Mr. Matthew Zieger to serve on the City of Harrisburg Audit Committee.
• Resolution 33-2008 – A Resolution appointing Ms. Jennifer L. Smallwood to serve on the City of Harrisburg Audit Committee.
• Resolution 34-2008 – A Resolution appointing Mr. Ryan E. Glenn, CPA to serve on the City of Harrisburg Audit Committee.
